 Our team will organise a phone consultation or to sit down with you to get to know your goals and better understand your dream vision for your home.

 We can also discuss the budget and provide an ballpark figure of construction cost in the instance where you haven’t purchased a property yet or have a site but no concept plans.

 Our team will conduct an on-site assessment and provide cost estimates by major areas of the project.

 We dedicate sufficient time for detailed site measurements, provide interior design recommendations, and prepare accurate estimates.

 At this stage, a nominal fee will apply.  

We’ll draw up an industry standard contract to be signed by all parties.

Upon signing, we’ll apply for all insurances and certification requirements and coordinate the documentation necessary for construction to commence.

 We’ll manage a clear timeline from the start of construction up until the moment we handover the keys. Our experienced team will work with you to keep you involved every step of the way, providing regular progress updates and clear communication throughout the build.

 We guarantee direct communication between you and your manager, and will also coordinate regular site walkthroughs, you can see your project come to life at each stage.
